Since stepping into the barbering industry in 2017, Travis has honed his craft with precision and passion, offering more than just haircuts—he delivers confidence and connection.
Rooted deeply in the belief that a strong community uplifts everyone, Travis is committed to making a lasting impact beyond the barber’s chair. His dedication to mentorship and youth empowerment shines through his work as an educator, where he guides and inspires the next generation of barbers to embrace the profession with integrity and skill.

TYLER
Tyler has been perfecting his craft since 2012, bringing over a decade of experience, skill, and passion to The Rich Hair Lounge. His specialty lies in delivering sharp, wave haircuts paired with clean low fades and precise beard tapers—styles that showcase both his technical expertise and creative eye.
Beyond the barber chair, Tyler is just as driven. He runs an athletic development program for track athletes, dedicating his time and energy to helping others reach their physical and mental peak. His passion for growth—whether in athletics or barbering—is what fuels his work every day.
For Tyler, barbering is more than just a profession. It's a way to connect with people from all walks of life, to listen, learn, and build genuine relationships—all through the simple yet meaningful act of a great haircut.

With just over a year of experience behind the chair, Alessio has quickly made a name for himself with his dedication to the grind and his signature crispy fades and clean lineups.
Barbering isn’t just a job for Alessio—it’s what he loves to do. Whether he's perfecting a fade or exploring new styles, he approaches each haircut with care, creativity, and a deep respect for his clients. Outside the shop, Alessio balances his hustle with a love for baseball and hockey, bringing the same energy and teamwork from the rink and the field into the barbershop.
